Once your return request is approved, we will share further instructions for pickup or return shipping.

  • Please contact us within 24 business hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment provider account.


6. Exchange Options

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or variant:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • You may request an exchange within 24 business hours of delivery

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered by trymora.

  • For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
